Layout and last few powers.

Changed up the layout, added the last few quirks that were missing, and fixed some grammar mistakes. Also added in some place holders for art that may or may not eventually get added, but if it does, you can bet it will be as bad as the Hell-O-World art I added to the Heroes section at the end :)
